for MEMS for hostile and military environments;
- Principal micromachining
and manufacturing techniques for MEMS;
- Technological challenges
in the design and simulation of MEMS devices for aerospace applications;
- Available tools
and resources for design, simulation, analysis and fabrication of MEMS
devices in Canada, and
- Preparation of
an outline and necessary framework of the proposed Canada – Europe forum
to be held in fall 2001.
- Discussion on
the potentials for collaboration with European and other international
